Scheduled for 25 & 26 May 2024 at the Q Station, Manly, the Clinicians in Training weekend is designed as a highly interactive residential training program for Advanced Trainees and Nurses with Respiratory Physicians as faculty.

Complimentary parking for attendees of this event that are staying at Q Station. For day visitors parking is limited. They suggest the local 161 bus from Manly or use Taxi/Ubers.

Registration Fees:
TSANZ Members - $200 AUD | Non-Members - $700 AUD
• Registration fees includes the two-day course registration including catering, one night's accommodation on Saturday 25 May for one person including breakfast, if required, and dinner on Saturday 25 May.
• Please specify during the registration process if you will require accommodation for Saturday 25 May, please note that if this is not selected at this time the accommodation will not be held and confirmed. Please note that accommodation is limited and will be allocated/provided subject to availability and in order of registration.
• Accommodation can be booked for Friday 24 May and paid direct to the hotel, please select this during the registration process to request to add this onto your booking. The accommodation rate for Friday 24 May is $280 for a Heritage Queen Room, including breakfast for one. Note: This rate is subject to availability. Any cancellations for Friday night accommodation made after 1 May will be charged at the full rate of $280 as a cancellation fee.

Registrations and notice of dietary requirements, Saturday evening dinner attendance and accommodation requirements are essential. Registration will close on Friday 10 May 2024.
Code of Conduct
Attendees are required to adhere to the TSANZ Code of Conduct at all TSANZ meetings and events.
Cancellation Terms and Conditions:
If you register to attend the meeting and are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing communications@thoracic.org.au.
TSANZ will not refund registration fees for cancellations, unless there are exceptional circumstances. All applications will be considered by the Chief Executive Officer on a case-by-case basis and the Chief Executive Officer's decision on each case will be final. Refund of registration fees will incur an administrative fee of $50.00 (inclusive GST), which will be deducted before registration fees are refunded.
Attendee Criteria
Please note attendance at this event is not available to employees of pharmaceutical/med-tech/med-device companies, apart from the included event sponsor registrations. Additionally, attendance is not open to the general public/consumers. Please get in touch with TSANZ if you wish to discuss attendance and sponsorship options at communications@thoacic.org.au.
