We only accommodate for dietary requirements that we have been informed of before the registration deadline, such as vegetarian, vegan, nut allergies, gluten intolerance, fish allergies, etc. If you have any dietary requirements or would prefer a vegetarian meal, please add this information to the dietary box on your registration form. If you haven't informed us of your dietary requirements and wish to choose a different meal on the evening of the event, a charge of $75 will apply, payable directly to ANZAC before leaving the event.

Main: Slow Cooked Lamb Rump, White Bean Hummus, Gratin, Seasonal Greens, Pomegranate Molasses (gf)
Finish: Lemon Curd Tart, Swiss Meringue
