TSANZ | ANZSRS NZ Branch Meeting 2026
23- 25 September 2026
Christchurch Town Hall, Ōtautahi Christchurch

The New Zealand Branch of the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand and the Australian and New Zealand Society of Respiratory Science invite you to join them for the New Zealand Branch Meeting in Otautahi Christchurch. We look forward to hosting you at the Christchurch Town Hall from 23–25 September 2026.

The meeting program, developed around the theme “Ka Mua, Ka Muri: Walking Backwards into the Future”, brings together international and local speakers from Aotearoa New Zealand whose research is relevant to today’s clinical practice. We are thrilled to welcome our international speakers, Dr Cassidy Du Berry, A/Prof Anna Dunn, Prof Hubertus Jersmann, Dr Pamela Laird, and Prof Sheree Smith

Alongside the scientific content, a fantastic selection of social events is on offer, creating opportunities to catch up and network with colleagues. Highlights include the new Welcome Function on the opening evening and the NZ Branch Dinner, hosted at the iconic Transitional (Cardboard) Cathedral.
